BC Lions vs Hamilton Tiger Cats – Friday, September 22nd, 2017

The Bicycle Valet opens at 7:00pm

Kickoff is at 8:00pm

Pro tips: Bring a variety of layers with you in case the weather changes. You can leave any jackets with us at the bag check.

Beat the line and arrive early!  Did you know we open an hour before the match starts?  Most people arrive right as the game starts, so if you want to roll straight in, try to arrive a little before.

How to get to us at BC Place:  We’ll be located on the field between Gate C and Gate D, waiting with a high five (just ask!).  Here are our suggestions for how to find us:

ROUTE #1 (EASIEST): take the overpass that connects to the stadium from Pacific Blvd.  Pacific Blvd has a painted bike lane.  For an easier route, take the adjacent seawall, then cut through the Plaza of Nations, pedal up the overpass, and cruise on into the valet.

ROUTE #2: There is a ramp you can ride up to the field between Gate C and Gate D, off Pacific Blvd (you have to get across the street as the bike lane is on the far right hand side), just south of Griffiths Way.

ROUTE #3: Take Robson to the stadium, enter at Gate A, and walk around to the field between Gate C and Gate D. Note you will have to push your bike down one flight of stairs.

Coming from Strathcona: Take Adanac/Unions, Vancouver’s busiest bike route, which turns into Expo Blvd.  At Carrall St, cross to the seawall and head west and take ROUTE #1.

Coming from Mount Pleasant:  Take the Cambie street bridge where you share the east sidewalk with pedestrians.  As you leave the bridge ramp on the north side, take the route to Pacific Blvd, not Expo.  Continue down the ramp, not up.  Once you’re on Pacific, use ROUTE #1.

Coming from the West End:  Use ROUTE #3.

Coming from Kits:  Take the Burrard Bridge where you have a protected lane.  Either merge onto the Hornby protected bike lane and turn right on Robson to follow ROUTE #3.  Or take Pacific or the seawall and follow ROUTE #1 OR ROUTE #2.

Remember you can pick up a City of Vancouver bike route map at the Valet.
