How to Have a GREAT Bicycle Valet Experience

A few tips will make your Olympic bicycle valet experience pleasant and easy:

We process bike for parking as quickly as possible, but as with everything Olympic allow yourself enough time, and be patient.

You may leave your helmet, panniers and any other gear with your bike, providing you firmly attach them to the bike.

Have your bike ready to go by the time you get to the front of the line—gear attached, anything you are taking with you, in hand. If you're not ready to give us your bike when you reach the front of the line, we'll ask you to step aside and won't tag your bike until you're ready to hand it over. This allows us to park bikes in order, so we can retrieve them easily.

Don't lose your claim ticket!

Only Bicycle Valet and City staff are allowed in the bike parking compound. If you forget something on your bike and need to get, as staff person will have to bring your bike out.

We CAN park tandem bikes, bikes with trailers, etc. We LOVE families! Usually we'll have to park them out of sequence, so if your rig is one of those special ones, please remember to let us know when you are picking it up, so we can find it faster.

Yes, we CAN park electric assist bikes. That means it's a real bicycle, ridden as a bicycle with electric assist, not a scooter type, even if it has the pedals on it. We're sorry for the inconvenience but it's a question of size, weight, maneuverability, and so on.

Be sure to fill out your claim stub to keep get on our newsletters. And don't forget to check out info on BEST and what we do.

When picking up your bike, please be patient and do not try to enter the compound.

Ride safely! Make sure you have lights and reflectors for night riding.

Thanks for biking!
