Volunteer Opportunity!

The Bicycle Valet is currently seeking outgoing, fun loving, active Volunteers for our upcoming season.

It's a GREAT chance to have fun, meet people, be part of some lively summer festivals, gain valuable work experience—and, on top of that, receive some awesome gifts.

The Bicycle Valet makes event bike parking simple.  Part “coat check”, part parking lot for bikes and other non-motorized transportation, it is an easy and safe bicycle parking solution at community events of all sizes.

Responsibilities: As a Volunteer Bicycle Valet Attendant, you will help set up or dismantle the bicycle parking area, as well as park bicycles for the event attendees.

Shifts: Volunteer positions are most often on the weekends, with shifts occurring in 4 hour or 8 hour periods.

If you are interested in being part of this innovative and popular program please contact our Bicycle Valet Coordinator, Geoffrey Vincent.  Volunteers will be accepted throughout the summer season.
The Bicycle Valet is a program of Better Environmentally Sound Transportation.  For more information visit our web site at www.best.bc.ca.
