Terms of Use (The Bicycle Valet):
Patrons must receive a claim stub to have their bikes and/or accessories parked by The Bicycle Valet.
If an email address is written on the claim stub, by way of entry into our ongoing contests, or otherwise, BEST and The Bicycle Valet have the right to send information to this address about the organization and/or its programs. Upon receiving this email, any user may opt out of any future correspondence. BEST and The Bicycle Valet will never provide your information to a third-party.
Only Bicycle Valet team members are allowed in the bike parking area.
Locks are not part of The Bicycle Valet’s system; the station is enclosed and secure.
A valid Bicycle Valet claim stub must be presented to access a parked bike, or any of its accessories during and after the event.
Bikes must be picked up within 30 minutes of the event’s completion or otherwise posted latest pick up time.
After this time, remaining bikes are left at the owner’s risk and are subject to $25 late fee. Contact us to arrange for pick-up.
We’re fully insured while the Valet is in operation; however, accessories are left at the risk of owner.
