Having trouble finding secure bike parking downtown? The Vancouver City Centre Bike Valet will help you safely store your bike while you enjoy events, shop at local businesses, or explore the city!

Location:
Granville St. at W Georgia St., in front of the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station
Bike valet operating day(s) & hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6:30pm (50 reserved bike valet spots for Cadillac Fairview Towers employees from 7:30am - 10:00am; the rest of the hours and bike capacity will be open for public)
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00am - 8:00pm
Bike capacity: 100 bikes
Terms of Service:
Our bike valet service is free of charge for patrons.
Patrons must receive a claim stub/ticket to have their bikes or other modes of active transportation parked.
We also accept other micro mobility devices such as skateboards, unicycle, rollerblades, and stroller.
Only staff members are allowed in the bike parking area.
Locks are not part of The Bicycle Valet’s system; the station is enclosed and secure.
A valid claim stub must be presented to access a parked bike, or any of its accessories.
Bikes must be picked up within operating hours.
We’re fully insured while the Valet is in operation; however, accessories are left at the risk of owner.
After operating hours, leftover bikes are left at the owner’s risk and will be stored with the Vancouver Police Department. Any bikes not picked up after operating hours will be removed but can be retrieved for a $25 fee.
Please note that The Bicycle Valet is not liable for any bicycles that are left overnight and were not retrieved by the patrons at the end of the operating hours, as this is not a part of our service. It is the responsibility of the owner to retrieve their bicycle before the end of our hours of operation. Any bicycles left behind overnight will be secured but not monitored, and owners do so at their own risk.
